All About Sarah Niles

by Author Shiralyn J Lee

What would you do for fifty thousand pounds?

All About Sarah Niles is set to be the first fully crowd-funded lesbian feature film, created and funded by the people who know and love the genre best.

From the author who brought you, The Submissive Scullery Maid, The Dark Cully's Mistress and many more stories that have reached the top of the best sellers rank on US and UK amazon, delve into Shiralyn J Lee's big screen adaption of Loving the Pink Kiss.

This movie is filled with drama and comedy and to give you an idea on where this movie fits in, you can compare its quirkiness to ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK, feel the hidden romance created in GREEN CARD and laugh at the similar comedy of BRIDGETTE JONES DIARY.

Growing up in the UK Shiralyn turned her attention to writing novels after she moved to Canada, where she is now married to her wonderful wife, Janice.

From her kitchen table, she has entertained people all over the world. Included in her work are pieces that are aimed toward the younger generation and this is where All About Sarah Niles fits in.

The film offers an audience the chance to not only watch but also be a fundamental part of its creation. With donations starting from as little as $3 going up to $10,000 (with many steps in between) it really is possible for anyone and everyone to be part of the biggest lesbian film of the decade. From exclusive backstage information to signed copies of the script and even chances to be in the film, there really is something rewarding for everyone.

Fundraising starts on Oct 31st 2013 and will run for 60 days on the dedicated crowd-funding site Indiegogo with all money raised going to fund cast, crew and equipment needed to make this film a possibility. So why not treat yourself, or buy someone a holiday gift that really can't be beaten. You can also help by liking and sharing the indiegogo fundraiser post, together we can get this movie made.

Wow, how to do this review without spoilers.

This was an amazing book!

It is written as diary, mails, chat and poetry, which makes it different from anything else I have ever read. It played on the heartstrings and even had me shed a tear or two, not to mention the hot erotic scenes.

We follow the story of Elizabeth October Snow, her search for love turns out to be rather heartbreaking.

I highly recommend this book.

My favorite quote:

We are so close to Heaven on the mountain that we can hear the sound of the shooting stars in our hearts as they streak across the dark night sky.

Favorite part of a poem:
Still feeling your purrs deep within my soul.

SEPTEMBER ENDS Is Doubly Delicious

SEPTEMBER ENDS is really two novels in one--two romances written by two authors in two different styles--but it all blends together beautifully. Hunter S. Jones wrote the prose sections, done in epistolary style through e-mails, blogs, and a diary, and her writing is seamlessly superb. Interwoven with this is the poetry of an "unnamed English poet", whose work is bawdily enchanting and deliciously readable.

Those who read romance novels for the naughty bits may be slightly disappointed that the novel isn't filled with graphic sex scenes; although there are some hot enough to scorch your eyeballs and other portions of your anatomy, SEPTEMBER ENDS is a love story, and although sex is a component, it isn't the main thrust, as it were. It's an absorbing story about a young woman saddened by the death of a beloved brother, a woman searching for a soul-mate to take the lamented brother's place. And she finds the man of her dreams, she thinks, only to have her world crash around her ears. She can think of nothing to do but run, and in running, she finds...well, let's not give it all away. Suffice to say that this is a book that engages one's interest on many different levels. Its well-crafted eroticism will make you pant, but by the end, you may also find tears in your eyes. I found SEPTEMBER ENDS a thoroughly enjoyable read from start to finish.

Hunter S. Jones Reveals All to Fran Clark

Author Interview - Hunter S. Jones
Today's guest author is the talented Hunter S. Jones who will talk about her writing and her new book, September Ends

What was the thing that influenced you to start writing?

My mother’s cancer returned earlier this year. As I had to spend a great deal of time with her on our family farm in Tennessee, a poet I met through a writer’s group decided to work with me on SEPTEMBER ENDS. It’s been my lifeboat during a stormy sea. It’s not easy watching your own mother die. This book has given me something positive and creative to work on during a very difficult episode.

Tell me your success stories in terms of publishing/self publishing?

I will when I have one! Just writing a book and completing it is a success story, isn’t it?

What are your top writing tips for any aspiring writer?

1. Write
2. Write
3. Write
4. Write
5. Don’t quit your day job

What are you working on now?

The stage is set for Book 2 of The September Story

What do you draw on for inspiration?

You never really know what will inspire your craft. The characters inspire me more than anything. That and the stars. The stars at night give me some type of feel of infinity that we all share. Something divinely immortal that we can actually see.

Thank you Hunter!

Subject: Review of September Ends

Dear Hunter,

Having read your book, I have to ask how in the hell do you expect me to review this book without giving away any spoilers when all I want to do is gush about each and every word you wrote?

There is no way I can possibly do this book justice with meagre words. I have to compliment you on your seamless transition from diary entry and chatroom post to poetry and story telling. The flow in this book is remarkable considering the multiple genre aspects and writing techniques incorporated. This is by far one of the most intelligently written books I have ever read. Your book itself is clever! As a reader I was completely drawn in and unable to put the book down. As an Author myself, I could have kicked myself for not EVER thinking of doing what you did. Bravo!!

As for the story? WOW! I knew what was coming at every turn, but when it did happen as I predicted, the way you wrote it had me surprised regardless and it was as if I had forgotten I knew what was going to happen? I know, I sound crazy. It's Insane!!

One does not have to love poetry to understand the meanings in the poems. You portrayed your characters with an authenticity rarely found these days. This book is beautifully written and overall this story was easy to relate to and very enjoyable. I don't think there is anything that I don't love about this book!!! Honest to God, I swear, this is a masterpiece deserving of a 5 star rating.

BUT, I can not put my finger on it? It could be the story or the way it was written, I find myself unable to think of anything else but this book and it will stay with me for a very long time. I just wish I knew how to tell my readers about it?

Any advice?

Kind Regards

Natasha Johnstone
PS: Why would you sell something this good for only $2.99????
