Sometimes when you believe it’s the end, it’s only the beginning.

September Ends is contemporary fiction, with romance, erotic and supernatural elements, bound together by poetry. It reveals the intricate web of passion and desire which entangles Liz Snow, Pete Hendrix and Jack O. Savage. The story is told through Liz Snow’s diary, Jack O. Savage’s poetry, and from letters sent across the Atlantic. Traveling throughout the lushness of a summertime in Tennessee and Georgia, September Ends journeys into the elegance of London’s West End and is finally settled in the countryside of Cornwall, England, a decade later.

September Ends is a story of sin, redemption and salvation through love because love happens when we least expect it.

We is the monster made to thrill
Whose arms and legs and guts enmesh
This craven frotwolf in your flesh
Shy innocence we lust to kill
Our ugliness all beauty eats
Such is our appetites and greed
We're in your rampant primal need
You can't resist our raging heats
And so succumb - my succubus
To my ferocious hirsuit will
Your Life's essential surge to spill
To sanctify my hid'ous pus
We promise we will set you free
Though some call me porn-og-raph-y
by Jack O Savage
Chapter 6
No Sweeter Dish

Mistress. All words of importance must be acknowledged with a capital letter.
I am your Mistress.
Mmmm I want to fuck you hard. Really let you know I want you.
Baby, I want to watch every move you make. I want to see your eyes look at me when I make love to you.
I slide onto your cock
grip it
down the shaft, slow
until you cum harder than you ever imagined in your life
I had to re-boot. Dammit!
Have I made you happy? Did you cum? Tell me.
Yes, you’ve been a very good boy & made me very happy tonight.
Oh yes, sweet Mistress.
When we meet, can you wear black lace panties for me? Something really feminine. Maybe a lacy little black thong. That would be sweet. Mmmm.
You know by now I’ll do anything you want. I wish we could be together tonight.
Me, too baby. I’m going to sleep now. Sweet dreams, sweet Liz. I need you here with me tonight. I promise I’ll be a very good boy.
Make my Mistress happy. Want to sign in again tomorrow night? I’ll be free for you.

Hunter S. Jones & An Anonymous English Poet

 September Ends

September Ends is a contemporary romance with erotic and supernatural elements bound together by poetry.

First book signing at Atlanta's SPA SYDELL Midtown

The novel SEPTEMBER ENDS has been a remarkable journey for me this year, in so many ways. It was a creative outlet during a time of crises and personal struggles. It has become a catalyst for friendships and business partnerships that I never expected. Thank you to the anonymous English poet for introducing me to the world of artistic collaboration. (Special note: my first book signing at Spa Sydell's Midtown Atlanta location where I sold twice as many books as had been planned. The event lead to four tentative book signings in Georgia and three other states across the Southeast. Awesome!) Thank you for dear life long friends and fantastic new friends! When Tennessee Williams wrote of "The kindness of strangers." he had to know personally how very true that line was for a writer's life, and how very true it remains. I would also like to thank everyone that has taken the time to read and review SEPTEMBER ENDS. Your support has taken me by surprise and each of your comments are invaluable. Here's a few quotes from reviewers on Amazon:

"SEPTEMBER ENDS is a story of love, loss and survival"
"A Work of Art"
"A Rare Diamond"
"This is the stuff legends are truly made of"

For those of you who haven't read this beautiful little book, following is an introduction to the three main characters: Liz Snow, Pete Hendrix and Jack O. Savage. The book is currently available on Kindle for 99 cents to make it more accessible for book clubs, and it is also available as a paperback on Amazon. It would make an great holiday gift for the readers in your life. Here's Liz, Pete and Jack...

I am Liz Snow, Elizabeth October Snow, from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Actually I’m from a small town in north Georgia called LaFayette. My grandfather died suddenly when I was young, then I saw my only brother die in a useless traffic accident. So, you see, I’m not your typical girl. Years of anti-depressants, alcohol and bad relationships have damaged me emotionally. I hide myself in my career as a software executive. I never really knew what love was until meeting Peter William Hendrix III of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Or at least that’s what I thought until Pete’s betrayal.

I’m successful, some say handsome, attorney Pete Hendrix of the firm Hendrix, Hendrix & Smith in Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA. I attended undergrad at Vanderbilt University, graduated law school with honors and returned to Chattanooga to run the family law firm. I live the life my mother always wanted for me. As often as possible, go to my cabin on Walden Ridge. There, I swim in the clear, cool water from the cave, read and spend time in solitude looking onto the scenic Sequatchie Valley, the sacred hunting grounds of the Cherokee Nation before the Trail of Tears. My life is structured and secure. But, I never expected to meet a girl like Liz Snow. I loved Liz with my heart and soul. Then, she discovered my secret.

English poet, novelist, and founder member of The Renaissance Bards trio of spoken word artists, Jack O Savage leapt to prominence on being expelled from Jesus College, Oxford for allegedly plotting an arson attack on the college in which he supposedly planned to 'raise English successist complacency to its foundations', though no charges were ever brought against him. The Sun tabloid newspaper ran a story proclaiming POSH POET GETS CHOP referring to Savage's 'chopper protest' in which he was arrested for 'leaping atop a 17th century oak refectory table and lewdly flaunting his generous masculinity' at a formal disciplinary hearing, a gesture which he later repeated in public and which subsequently went viral on YouTube, receiving over 100 million hits in under two hours.

2013. Literally, the best and worst of times. A year I could've done without. But, also a year in which I have meet--virtually and personally--some of the best and most inspiring people I have ever known. I have worked with music and entertainment legends and soon-to-be legends on my ExpatsPost blog. My books have found an audience, too. Moon Rose Publishing has connected me with a sisterhood of authors that can truly be compared to a sorority.

Thank you again for your support. Look for the follow up to SEPTEMBER ENDS in 2014, maybe a new Happily Ever After from me, and possibly a weird, wonderful and wacked out follow up to Fables. Watch this space. In the meantime, have a safe and happy Holiday Season everyone. Cheers!

It's that time of year again. The nights are getting longer and we all want to curl up with someone hot and spicy...I mean something hot and erotic. Oh, how about settling for a cup of hot chocolate and a good book? That sounds great, doesn't it? With that in mind, today's guest is erotic romance author Elodie Parkes - the first guest on the new Femmes of the Frisky Quill segment of my blog. Elodie is going to introduce us to her latest novel, which is named A Little Mysterious. I admire Elodie greatly, as most of you know. She astounds me and leaves me in awe of her writing abilities and capabilities. She is extremely prolific. One day, she will be famous as the 'Stephen King' of Erotic Romance. She maintains a high level of creative output. Elodie writes more books in one year than I will ever write in a lifetime! So, without further ado, please join me in welcoming Elodie!

He’d been sent off course…he thought he was lost…until he found Daisy.

His vampire abilities were special. He belonged to an elite group. Moving home, they are set off course by a storm that lands Dhruv alone, hungry, and desperate in a strange town.
A story of lust, love, and coincidence.

Today the main characters from ‘A Little Mysterious’, Dhruv and Daisy are visiting the blog.

Daisy, would you like to tell the readers about how you and Dhruv met?

We met on the high street in the café I worked in didn’t we Dhruv?

Dhruv: We did formally meet then, although I took a while to sat much to Daisy. I liked her as soon as I saw her. That was before we actually met. I’d seen her around shall we say. I don’t want to give spoilers.

Daisy: That’s true, but I wanted you right away. I could hardly take my eyes off you. When I went up the back of the café and cleared the tables, I used to stare at you.

Dhruv: You did more than stare you sighed over me. I knew it. I could sense it. I could feel your need and it fuelled mine.
He leans across and kisses Daisy, then keeps hold of her hand.

Dhruv, Can you describe when you first knew you were in love with Daisy?

Dhruv: You know, I’m sorry but I can’t. It was weird for me. I couldn’t admit it to myself. I think Daisy loved me right away. Did you Daisy?

Daisy: I knew I wanted to make love with you, but I felt such a strong attraction to you I think I might have loved you right away. Then I knew the first time we made love, it was sex that turned into making love. For me anyway. Although I liked him the moment I saw him, in the cafe doorway. I wanted those arms around me right away.

She leans across and kisses him this time .I better ask another question since now they are starting to get a little heated.

What’s one thing you might have changed about your story?
Daisy: Nothing, since it’s the real story. Although I’ve never been happy with my name, and that I’m not very tall, Dhruv can tuck me under his arm. Although things are a little different now since we really got together, but I can’t tell you that. It would be a spoiler.

Dhruv: That’s so sexy Daisy, that I can pick you up and cuddle you into my body. You’re beautiful the way you are.
As for me changing the story, more sex, although there’s loads, I’m addicted to Daisy now and I find it hard to keep my hands off her. I might have said a little more about our lives after we got together, but that might be better in another book.

Dhruv, tell us something about Daisy, how would you describe her in a few words?

Dhruv: She’s very pretty, slender, intelligent. I think she’s kind and generous, and she treats people really well. She’s brave too. She likes the countryside and water. Starts to laugh and hugs Daisy.

Daisy, describe Dhruv in a few words.
Very sexy, giving, clever, thoughtful, a great lover, knows what he wants or needs to do and goes for it. He’s very creative, and talented artistically.

So what’s hot about the story?
The steam rises from the love scenes.
I think the way Daisy responds to me.
I think it’s the way you talk dirty to me.
Dhruv: Do I?
Now Daisy is stroking his arm, okay time for an excerpt.

How about you both choose your favorite scene from the book.

Daisy: It has to be a love scene for me, what about you Dhruv?
Dhruv: I think so, the hotter the better. (Grins)
